  9. A small utility that executes one or more commands every time a certain file
  10. is changed.

  12. Useful in situations where a change in one file calls for a change in other
  13. files as well.

  15. Example: Everytime you change a certain IFF texture, you need to convert it
  16. into chunky, save the palette in copperformat and reassemble your source.
